See the fruit💛 11/16/20

Holy cow... I don't think I can even put this week into words! It. Was. So. Good. By far the most miracle filled week ever! Ok here's a list of things that happened:

•We had a mission tour with Elder Alliaud of the 70 and he was so great! We had 3 meetings as a mission, 1 as a leadership, he joined our district council, then he joined our lesson with Julie! It was so intimidating to teach with him but it was so powerful. Julie is on date for the beginning of January and is doing great!
•A member we're teaching owns a gallery in Scottsdale where he sells his art for $8000+ a piece and he offered to paint each of us pictures of Christ! So excited!
•Just found out this week someone in my old area is getting baptized on Sunday and I get to speak at their baptism! Seriously the happiest I've ever been on my mission getting that phone call. Pray that Bill can be strengthened this week!
Honestly I cant put into words this week. I wish I could say everything that happened but it's just too much to type out! Just know that God is so good and the work is blowing up. Something Elder Alliaud said this week that really impacted me was 'if you don't see the fruit now, you never will'. He was specifically referring to the areas we labor in and seeing the fruits of your labors and having faith in the Lord but I think there's a deeper meaning. I have been assigned a stewardship of Sisters and I think that principle applies in helping them see their potential. The 'fruit' or end result is them becoming a disciple of Jesus Christ, just like my end goal. I have to see them as who they have the potential to be, then I can be a better leader because I will have a greater capacity to love them. But this principle should apply even to everyone we meet. Each person we interact with has the potential to be exalted in Gods kingdom, so what stops us from seeing them in that way and treating them as such? Everyone deserves love and a little bit of mercy from all of us, I am not perfect at it by any means, but it's all a process😊
Love you all!
