Thoughts For the Week - 3/23/20
Dear friends and family,
I don't have much time but I want you all to know how much I love you! Although the world is in commotion and there is so much uncertainty, I am so grateful for my testimony of my Savior Jesus Christ because that IS certain. He is our Savior! He died for us. He is the light of the world. He loves us with a most perfect love. He set the example for us and by following Him we can be assured we will receive eternal life and have a complete fulness of joy.
In Jacob 5:61 it reads "Wherefore, go to, and call servants, that we may labor diligently with our might in the vineyard, that we may prepare the way". I have read that scripture many times, but when I read it this week the spirit spoke something different to me. Jesus Christ called each of His missionaries. He went and called them, individually. But He also called them specifically. He called them to serve right now, in each location. He knew this is a challenge they would face, but He called them because He knew they would be able to overcome it through the strength and help of their loving Heavenly Father. It brought me a lot of comfort. I know God loves me and I know He has confidence that I can get through all the uncertainty the world is bringing. I know that this is Gods work and NOTHING will stop it from continuing.
I love you all! Thank you for your prayers❤
