Quick One! 1/6/19

 Hello friends and family! 

No time to write today. We have had a packed day of haircuts, grocery shopping, tie-dying shirts and playing volleyball! 
We have had some awesome miracles this week with new people to teach and inactive members returning to church. We also had some crazy experiences one being driving up to church with a huge crowd of protesters outside trying to anti the members. It was really sad but everyone has agency and they are just using theirs. All you can do is love them! 
I love you all so much and am so grateful I have the chance and privilege of being here in Arizona. It is such a special place with such special people. I am grateful for the increased capacity to love and serve these people. It is something so unique I think to a missionary that when they meet the people they serve they have the ability to immediately love them. You recognize really quickly that it is a special kind of love that can only come from a divine place, our Heavenly Parents. This does not have to be unique to missionaries though. We have been called as disciples of Jesus Christ to love and minister to all our brothers and sisters. As you do, you will feel a love for those around you that can only come from our Heavenly Father. I promise that your capacity to love those around you will magnify as you faithfully serve and love your neighbors.

The Touch of the Masters Hand🎶 4/20/20

  Hi friends and family!  I hope you're all doing well. It has been a crazy week with getting Sister Dorsey sent off and readjusting back to just Sister Miner and I. We have also had some great success and awesome lessons. Outside of that we have started making more ukulele videos and got into coloring in our backyard for outside time. New activities have helped me really stay sane. :)  It is crazy to think that I will be in Phoenix for 4 1/2 months this transfer, and that I will hit halfway through my mission. Time is actually speeding up and it scares me to think how quickly the mission is flying! But during our Sunday sacrament service yesterday a member asked a question that I have really reflected on. "Do you think that you will be a different person after you get home from what you learned from the mission?" This question is asked a lot, but for whatever reason it hit me more this time. Week 2 in the MTC - 9/3/19

Hello friends and family!  First, thank you so much for all the emails it means so much to hear from you all! I am so sorry for not getting back to everyone time just flies on P days but please keep sending messages and I promise I'll get back to them as soon as I can! Well, officially one week from right now I'll be in Arizona, crazy! But I can't wait. Even in these short weeks, I have had such an increase in the desire to go and share the message of the restored gospel. I just want everyone to hear it and know how much it can bless their lives! Sister Wright and I have had so much fun teaching our assigned people here and have learned vital principles in how to teach.
