 Merry Christmas/Feliz Navidad/Mele Kalikimaka friends and family!!

I hope your holiday was amazing. I know mine was and am so grateful for the members here that made it so wonderful. 
I'll keep this short and sweet. Too often we lose sight of the season. With the influx of sales, presents, movies, etc. the holidays can be packed full of events and activities until suddenly Christmas is over and we move on. But as we all know, Christmas is much more simple than that. It is about our Savior being born in the most humble of circumstances. It is remembering Him and His life and everything He did for us. Mosiah 16:9 says, "He is the light and the life of the world; yea, a light that is endless, that can never be darkened; yea, and also a life which is endless, that there can be no more death." I love so much the simplicity yet the magnitude of this scripture. Simply stated Christ is the light and life of the world. But largely understood Christ is the only way we can obtain salvation. He is the light of this entire world. He gives us the chance to have eternal life. As we go about trying to light the world we must first recognize that Christ is that light. Suddenly we understand more that lighting the world is simply bringing Christ to others; sharing His light that exists in each of us. As each of you come to know your Savior more you will understand how to share His light. I promise that He will help you share the message of the gospel. He will be there and give you strength to spread His light and love to others.

The Touch of the Masters Hand🎶 4/20/20

  Hi friends and family!  I hope you're all doing well. It has been a crazy week with getting Sister Dorsey sent off and readjusting back to just Sister Miner and I. We have also had some great success and awesome lessons. Outside of that we have started making more ukulele videos and got into coloring in our backyard for outside time. New activities have helped me really stay sane. :)  It is crazy to think that I will be in Phoenix for 4 1/2 months this transfer, and that I will hit halfway through my mission. Time is actually speeding up and it scares me to think how quickly the mission is flying! But during our Sunday sacrament service yesterday a member asked a question that I have really reflected on. "Do you think that you will be a different person after you get home from what you learned from the mission?" This question is asked a lot, but for whatever reason it hit me more this time. Week 2 in the MTC - 9/3/19

Hello friends and family!  First, thank you so much for all the emails it means so much to hear from you all! I am so sorry for not getting back to everyone time just flies on P days but please keep sending messages and I promise I'll get back to them as soon as I can! Well, officially one week from right now I'll be in Arizona, crazy! But I can't wait. Even in these short weeks, I have had such an increase in the desire to go and share the message of the restored gospel. I just want everyone to hear it and know how much it can bless their lives! Sister Wright and I have had so much fun teaching our assigned people here and have learned vital principles in how to teach.
