Hey everyone!!

I hope y'all had a Merry Christmas!! It was so relaxing for us. We called our families, took a nap, and played sports with our zone. It was so fun! 
This week honestly was just a blast. We went caroling on Tuesday and Wednesday. I and two other missionaries had ukuleles so we learned a few songs and played along. It was so fun! We had a few really cool experiences though, one of which happened twice. We were at an apartment complex and started caroling to this one lady. After the first song though we heard clapping behind us and turned to see multiple doors open and people on their patios listening in. We ended up caroling to way more than just the people we had planned! 
Outside of that we had a pretty relaxed week with all the activities planned and Christmas day. I guess only other highlight is I gave a talk in sacrament meeting about choices and goals and it went really well! As it gets closer to New Years and resolutions are made, remember this story. "Most of you are familiar with Alice in Lewis Carroll’s classic novel Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. You will remember that she comes to a crossroads with two paths before her, each stretching onward but in opposite directions. As she contemplates which way to turn, she is confronted by the Cheshire Cat, of whom Alice asks, 'Which path shall I follow?' The cat answers, 'That depends where you want to go. If you do not know where you want to go, it doesn’t matter which path you take.' " Where do you want to go? Who do you want to become? &how can Heavenly Father and the grace of Jesus Christ help you get there? 
Anyways, I love y'all! Enjoy New Years! I will be sound asleep but someone count down for me!😊

Week 2 in the MTC - 9/3/19

Hello friends and family!  First, thank you so much for all the emails it means so much to hear from you all! I am so sorry for not getting back to everyone time just flies on P days but please keep sending messages and I promise I'll get back to them as soon as I can! Well, officially one week from right now I'll be in Arizona, crazy! But I can't wait. Even in these short weeks, I have had such an increase in the desire to go and share the message of the restored gospel. I just want everyone to hear it and know how much it can bless their lives! Sister Wright and I have had so much fun teaching our assigned people here and have learned vital principles in how to teach. The Touch of the Masters Hand🎶 4/20/20

  Hi friends and family!  I hope you're all doing well. It has been a crazy week with getting Sister Dorsey sent off and readjusting back to just Sister Miner and I. We have also had some great success and awesome lessons. Outside of that we have started making more ukulele videos and got into coloring in our backyard for outside time. New activities have helped me really stay sane. :)  It is crazy to think that I will be in Phoenix for 4 1/2 months this transfer, and that I will hit halfway through my mission. Time is actually speeding up and it scares me to think how quickly the mission is flying! But during our Sunday sacrament service yesterday a member asked a question that I have really reflected on. "Do you think that you will be a different person after you get home from what you learned from the mission?" This question is asked a lot, but for whatever reason it hit me more this time.
