6 months!💙 2/24/20

 Hello everyone!

Not too much to report this week so I'll keep it short and sweet. Transfer calls came in and I'm staying in Phoenix with Sister Miner! We are so excited! We have so many ideas for this next transfer. The rest of the mission got a bomb dropped though, so many people are moving.
I also hit six months this last week. It honestly insane how quickly time flies by. But I have grown so much over the last few months. I have gained such a stronger relationship with my Savior. I have felt the prayers offered for me each day. They give me so much strength. 
I had an interesting realization this week that actually didn't click until my Dads phone call today. We had a conversation with someone this week that ended up reading a bunch of anti material and made it very clear he was no longer interested. He said a lot of hurtful things and made some very incorrect statements. Now, there are a lot of things I very much wanted to say. But I realized I couldn't. I was wearing a nametag on my chest with Christ's name on it and should speak and act like such. But isn't this the mentality we should all have? I have a physical nametag on, but when were baptized we covenant with God that we will mourn with others, comfort them, and be a disciple of Jesus Christ. That encompasses how we respond to others. How we act towards opposition. It isn't always easy and I don't always make the best decision on my response, but I know as we seek God's help He will magnify our efforts to be more Christlike each day.

The Touch of the Masters Hand🎶 4/20/20

  Hi friends and family!  I hope you're all doing well. It has been a crazy week with getting Sister Dorsey sent off and readjusting back to just Sister Miner and I. We have also had some great success and awesome lessons. Outside of that we have started making more ukulele videos and got into coloring in our backyard for outside time. New activities have helped me really stay sane. :)  It is crazy to think that I will be in Phoenix for 4 1/2 months this transfer, and that I will hit halfway through my mission. Time is actually speeding up and it scares me to think how quickly the mission is flying! But during our Sunday sacrament service yesterday a member asked a question that I have really reflected on. "Do you think that you will be a different person after you get home from what you learned from the mission?" This question is asked a lot, but for whatever reason it hit me more this time. Week 2 in the MTC - 9/3/19

Hello friends and family!  First, thank you so much for all the emails it means so much to hear from you all! I am so sorry for not getting back to everyone time just flies on P days but please keep sending messages and I promise I'll get back to them as soon as I can! Well, officially one week from right now I'll be in Arizona, crazy! But I can't wait. Even in these short weeks, I have had such an increase in the desire to go and share the message of the restored gospel. I just want everyone to hear it and know how much it can bless their lives! Sister Wright and I have had so much fun teaching our assigned people here and have learned vital principles in how to teach.
