Hey friends and family !!!

I am so sorry I didn't email last week! It's been an insane few weeks but here is the rundown...
•We moved apartments and it took a solid week of scrubbing every single day to get the boy smell out but it looks DANG good. Best transformation I've seen. The whole we were saying how we felt like we were on one of those house flip shows. A quick list of things we found... a gummy worm in a vent, an earplug stuck to the wall, brown splatters over an entire room (all four walls and ceiling) which we thought were boogers but turned out to be banana from when they were throwing bananas at their ceiling fan, and peels from a full orange on top of a bookshelf. AHH!😂
•Our friend Julie got BAPTIZED !! It was the best day! I'll attach pictures.
•My companionship got called to be mission video editors so I spend a few hours every day in the mission office editing. It's actually pretty cool ! We also get to see President and Sister Goaslind almost daily which is a huge perk, they're the best. 
•Found a couple new awesome people to teach ! Keep Joey and Matthew in y'alls prayers! 
Honestly the mission is just the greatest. I am so sad its coming quickly to an end but I cherish the incredible experiences I've had. Something you have to do as missionaries is something called 'My Plan' to literally plan and set goals for after the mission. Last week it invited us to study our patriarchal blessing but it asked an insightful question. It asked 'What does my patriarchal blessing teach me about who God needs me to be?' Holy cow was that powerful. As I studied it with that perspective that changed everything. Who does God need you to be? If you don't know, prayerfully read your blessing. I promise you there are answers in it.

-Our car died so the Elders had to come save the day (not pictured all the other times the Elders came to the rescue ex.. our washer flooded our kitchen and they came with towels and cleaned all of it. SO nice)

The Touch of the Masters Hand🎶 4/20/20

  Hi friends and family!  I hope you're all doing well. It has been a crazy week with getting Sister Dorsey sent off and readjusting back to just Sister Miner and I. We have also had some great success and awesome lessons. Outside of that we have started making more ukulele videos and got into coloring in our backyard for outside time. New activities have helped me really stay sane. :)  It is crazy to think that I will be in Phoenix for 4 1/2 months this transfer, and that I will hit halfway through my mission. Time is actually speeding up and it scares me to think how quickly the mission is flying! But during our Sunday sacrament service yesterday a member asked a question that I have really reflected on. "Do you think that you will be a different person after you get home from what you learned from the mission?" This question is asked a lot, but for whatever reason it hit me more this time. Week 2 in the MTC - 9/3/19

Hello friends and family!  First, thank you so much for all the emails it means so much to hear from you all! I am so sorry for not getting back to everyone time just flies on P days but please keep sending messages and I promise I'll get back to them as soon as I can! Well, officially one week from right now I'll be in Arizona, crazy! But I can't wait. Even in these short weeks, I have had such an increase in the desire to go and share the message of the restored gospel. I just want everyone to hear it and know how much it can bless their lives! Sister Wright and I have had so much fun teaching our assigned people here and have learned vital principles in how to teach.
